Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where’s the customer portal?
    • Here you go. You can click on Manage My Subscriptions in the top right of the homepage as well.
  • How do I cancel my service?
    • You can cancel your service at any time. From the homepage, click the Manage My Subscriptions link or click here.
  • How can I upgrade or downgrade my service?
    • In the customer portal, you can change the service to any other recurring service at any time. If you have any trouble, or need add-ons configured, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
  • How do you pick up the poop?
    • With our hands! Seriously, we don’t use shovels or fancy tools, as these can mash up the debris into your lawn. We use a combination of gloves and baggies.
  • How do you bag the waste for on-site disposal?
    • We bag as many individual poops in baggies as possible, then bag those all up into a larger bag and tie it tight.
  • What days will my pickup be?
    • We aim to do pickups as evenly as possible so that you aren’t getting long or short gaps between pickups for any accumulation. If you have a preference for your pickup day, let us know and we’ll do our best to accomodate you.
  • Do I need to be home during service?
    • Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t have to be home while we perform cleanups.
  • What if I have a gate code or key to get to the property?
    • Text us your gate code after you subscribe, and we’ll note it on your account. If your property requires a key, please place it on a ring and we’ll collect it during our first pickup. At the conclusion of service, or upon your request, we’ll return the key directly to you or your mailbox.
  • What if my dog is outside?
    • For safety, we ask that dogs be kept indoors. Even friendly dogs can be protective of their yard, and we want to make sure both your pet and our staff stay safe.
  • What if my gate is locked?
    • If your yard is inaccessible when we arrive, we may need to skip that visit.
  • What happens if it rains or snows?
    • We work in most weather conditions. In the rare case that weather prevents us from servicing your yard safetly, we will return on the next available service day.
  • What is enzyme cleaning? What product do you use?
    • Enzymatic cleaning is a thorough method of breaking down the biological substances that contribute to odors (even if you can’t detect them). We use OdoBan, a safe product designed for outdoor use. It is lightly scented (like grass!), and is mixed with water and applied.
  • What if my yard hasn’t been cleaned in a long time?
    • If there is significant buildup, we may recommend an initial cleaning before starting regular service. If you aren’t sure, you can leave the add-on in your cart or remove it, we’ll contact you if anything needs to be changed.
  • What happens if I forget to pick up toys or yard items?
    • We do our best to work around items in the yard, but clearing these items helps us to clean more thoroughly.
  • Is there a contract?
    • No contracts. You can canel at any time.
  • Who’s a good dog?
    • You are, yes you are, yes you are!
